How Much is Shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the items that are in your cart. You can view your shipping costs before you proceed to purchase. From time to time we offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter as our sales are announced via our newsletter and social media pages.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in).
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?
Free shipping is occasionally offered on select items only. FREE Promotional items do not qualify for free shipping.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Orders take 4-7 business days to process, package and ship your order. All items in your order are made-to-order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when you order. We do not hold excess inventory or stock. Please allow up to one week for your items to ship and 2-5 additional days transit time (from the day it ships) for delivery.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Keep in mind that we don’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our main offices are located in California and North Carolina.
WHAT IS PRINT ON DEMAND?
We are a small business and do not mass produce our items. As such, we do not hold inventory and all items are made on-demand. Creating individual, on demand items keeps our costs low and it enables us to create such a variety of products!
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
WHY DON’T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.
We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or stolen from mail receptacles. If the tracking number says delivered, we have no choice but to trust the postal services. However, we will look into the matter for you to make sure the order was delivered to your address, etc.
If you have incorrectly entered your shipping address, please contact us immediately and before shipping if possible to correct the issue. If your order has already shipped and is undeliverable based on the address you entered and returned by USPS to our facilities, you will be responsible for the re-shipment fees/costs.
Unfortunately, as all of our items are custom made, there is a no-return policy.
Personalized/Custom and Clearance items are final sale.
Please be sure to check our size charts to ensure you select the correct size for you.
Also, please note that Ladies fit tees will be a smaller/tighter fit vs. Unisex tees which are larger/and more forgiving/relaxed.
